Pricing
Price per night starting at $112.25 USD. Prices may be based on mid-week, weekly or monthly stays. Lower rates may be available utilizing the "Last Minute Bargain Rate" opportunity. Minimum Stay 2 Nights. All cabins are "Smoke-Free". Unfortunately, while we love our own pets, we must ask you to visit the Woods without your dogs or cats.
We also offer DEEP discounts to all active duty military personnel.

Regular Rates - US$129.00 US$139.00 US$849.00
Holiday Weekends - may be slightly higher and subject to a 3 night or more minimum stay.
Solar Eclipse - August 21, 2017 - Nightly rate (two night minimum) is $169 per night. Book 4 nights Sunday through Wednesday at $129 per night.
Fall Rates - From October 1 to November 6, a rate of $149.00 for week days and $159.00 for weekends applies.
Mid-week Special - Reserve a cabin for a Monday through Thursday (four night) stay for $449.00 (the regular rate would be $516) plus tax.
Ducati Owners - book with us and get 15% off the base rate.
Payment Methods Accepted
Visa or MasterCard accepted. 5% discount off of the base rental if cash is used for payment instead of a credit card.
Deposits
A credit card is necessary to reserve a cabin. No deposit necessary. We obtain authorization on guests credit card for 100% of the stay 30 days prior to arrival date. Please be aware that the use of a debit card may result in the freezing of your funds. We do not get it, your financial institution sets it aside so it cannot be used for any other purpose.
Cancellation & Return Policy
30 Day Cancellation policy. No exceptions. No refunds for any reason, including weather, early departure, etc.
Fees & Taxes
11% Sales/Occupancy tax additional.
Rates based upon 2 adults occupying the cabin. For each additional adult, add $20.00 per adult per night. For children, add $15.00 per child over the age of 2 per night. We do not charge any additional fees like some other hosts. What you are quoted is what you will pay.
Guest Referral Plan
After you have been our guest, you are eligible to receive a free night added on to any future two or more night stay when you refer a friend and they stay with us. These are cumulative but must used in individual stays.
Ducati Owners
All Ducati owners receive a 15% discount.
