The MacLeod is our other one bedroom cabin. A model of this cabin was written up in Log Homes Magazine. It has two feet added to our living room, a stone fireplace, larger porch and a deck to accommodate a private hot tub, built-in hair dryer, gas grill and Amish rockers. The spacious eating area of the kitchen is surrounded on three sides by windows to take advantage of the views, sunrises, deer at the pond below, the moon coming up over the mountain, etc. There is also an overhead fan mounted in the exposed beam, and antiques hanging from the wood ceiling.

Added amenities include soap, shampoo and conditioner dispenser, hand-made furniture and other things Scottish. It differs primarily from the MacDonald in that it has a loft bedroom, a natural fireplace and the hot tub in on the open part of the deck. As with all of our cabins, it is fully heated and air conditioned for your personal comfort.
